We purchase all five species of sustainable Wild Alaska Salmon which include; Sockeye Salmon, King Salmon, Coho Salmon, Chum Salmon, and Pink Salmon. These fish are caught and delivered fresh to our docks by the local fishing fleet. Fish are processed immediately because we demand quality and our products reflect that demand.

Smoked Salmon

Smoked Salmon is our specialty; it is slowly alder smoked using only natural ingredients. Our family recipe has been passed down for three generations and allows you to experience the great taste of Wild Alaska Salmon as we do not believe in covering up it's natural flavors. Salmon Caviar		Fresh/Frozen Sockeye Salmon Fillets
Our Salmon Caviar is only made from the freshest, highest quality Roe which makes for a succulent delicacy. Our caviar comes in the 6 oz jar featured below or a 2 lb carton. Our caviar will be available mid July!		Our fresh/frozen Sockeye salmon fillets are 100% wild caught from the pristine waters of Alaska.  We process each fish immediately with the utmost care, then vacuum seal the fillets for maximum freshness.
Alaska Halibut This delicious white meat is a sought after commodity and we are proud to be able to provide it to you. Our Halibut is caught and delivered fresh to our docks by local fisherman. It is kept cold on ice from the time it is caught until the time it is processed to guarantee a superior quality product. Check availability.
